This Ethiopia crop is processed in Daye Bensa 's Shantawene washing station . The fact that all coffee beans are processed with the utmost precision is nothing new. Last year they managed to get seventh place in the Cup of Excellence.
The washing station has been investing enormously for years in new knowledge to take processing methods to a higher level. Nice to see that this actually pays off.
