The coffee beans come from one of the oldest traditional farms in the area, specializing in specialty coffee – Fazenda do Lobo. The farm is located close to the mountains of São Thome das Letras. The farm is family managed, by a fourth generation coffee farmer Andréa, who have been producing specialty coffee in this estate since 1996. Andréa is growing this tradition within the family, with both of his sons, who studied environmental engineering and business administration, helping run the family business.
