Only the best, hand-picked coffee cherries are eligible to be roasted into real coffee beans after an extensive quality inspection! All our beans are roasted in a small traditional roastery according to the so-called 'slow-roast' method. That is to say: Slowly at a low temperature. This is the only way good coffee beans come into their own!
